How many chocolates are there per Kilo?
Our chocolate hearts is sold by the kilo weight - each kilo has approximately 100-110 hearts per kilo.
Each other shape will have the quantities listed near the price.

What is the Expiry Date on your Chocolate? Our solid chocolate foils are produced with 1 year expiry.

My wedding is not til spring/summer - when do I order? Spring Weddings and leading up to Christmas is our busiest time of the year where processing times increase due to the volume of orders coming through. So be sure to order in advance!

What is the best way to store my chocolate? Our chocolate is produced with 1 year expiry. Like any chocolate - it is best kept out of the fridge. Just keep in a cooler part of the house away from direct sunlight and it will be fine to keep until your event.

Do you have samples? We have 1 standard chocolate sampler bag. This enables everyone to try our rull range of flavours. This includes: a tasting of our solid milk and solid dark choc as well as all the 6 filling flavours. There is also a chocolate square to view our personalised chocolate mould and included is a page of foil swatches to view our full range of colours. Sampler bags are $15 (excluding gst & postage). To order a sampler bag please complete the order form and we will email you back with an invoice.

*** COLOURS & STYLES ***

Can I choose just 1 colour? Yes

Can I choose a mix of colours? Yes up to 2 colours per kilo.

Can I have a mix of chocolate styles? Choose 1 chocolate style per kilo. (eg. 1kg in Solid Milk Choc and 1kg with Mint filling)

Can I have a mix of all the colours? Yes we can do a nice mix but we cannot guarantee you will get all colours or equal quantities of each colour.

*** PROCESSING & PAYMENT ***

How long does it take to receive my order? Normally 3-5 working days from the date of payment to delivery.

Can I rush an order ? We are normally fast to process orders. Paying via credit card is the best option - If you are with the National Australia Bank or can make a deposit in person this will omit the payment clearance times and enable us to process your order even faster.

Can I pay via credit card? Yes - we accept visa or mastercard. Payment via credit card incurs a 3% processing charge. No charges apply for eft.
