When buying chocolate in combination with other packaging items - please use the chocolate & confectionery freight schedule. No additional freight is charged for packaging.

When buying packaging and no chocolate please use the freight schedule for general items at the bottom of the page.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please allow 3-5 working days from the date of receipt of payment. As soon as we receive your order we will email you an invoice with payment options and confirm via email when your payment has been received and when your items are on the way.

PICKUPS
Aftersales Pickup may be possible via appointment. Currently we have a pickup points in sydney - at Lewisham. Afterpaying for your order, we notify you of address details for pickup and advise when your order will be ready for collection. Please bear in mind these pickup points are provided courtesy of other businesses and are points of collection only for the courtesy of our customers.

FREIGHT - for CHOCOLATE & CONFECTIONERY
When buying other items like bags and tags in addition to chocolate and confectionery - no extra freight is charged. Freight is via express post as we have found this is a reliable and trackable service. In the cooler months we also use couriers. Please let us know if you prefer another method of freight and we can quote for you.
